normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>河源電廠二期通信系統傳輸B網原有一套華為3500設備，按電網通信傳輸運行建設規范要求，新建保底網設備接入廣東中調A型公共域，開通兩路光路接入河源地區上寨站、一路光路接入惠州地區福園站，開通ASON業務。并完成將原華為3500傳輸承載的業務平滑割接遷移至新建保底網設備。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>提供新建一套傳輸通信保底網ASON設備系統及配套設備。包括但不僅限于此內容：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）傳輸通信保底網設備系統包裝、運輸、到現場的機柜安裝、保底網設備安裝、直流電源盒安裝、電源線、業務線、DDF、ODF安裝、現場驗收、調試的技術服務、軟件版本升級。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）負責傳輸通信保底網設備系統軟硬件件參數設置，系統整體設計及功能模塊深化部分，無條件滿足國家能源局、南方電網及廣東電網的所有要求。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）提供所有的安裝、操作、維護方面的說明書。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（4）在更換所用的準則、標準、規程或修改設備技術數據時，投標方有責任接受招標方的選擇。

normal style='line-height:150%'>5.2、投標人近三年未發生一般及以上的安全及質量事故（證明文件：投標人自行承諾，招標人提供承諾書參考格式，加蓋投標人公章或電子章）。

normal style='line-height:150%'>投標人自2015年1月至投標截止日，投標人須至少具有1個220kV及以上電壓等級電廠保底網傳輸通信設備建設業績。投標人須提供能證明本次招標業績要求的合同掃描件須至少包含合同買賣雙方蓋章頁、合同簽訂時間和業績要求中的關鍵信息頁（提供合同復印件加蓋投標人公章或電子章）。
