1．競爭性比選條件
本競爭性比選項目為洪崖洞全域旅游智慧服務展示中心制作項目競爭性比選，建設資金為自籌資金，比選人為 重慶市潤天青年文化創意 。項目已具備比選條件，現對該項目進行競爭性比選。
2．項目概況與比選范圍
2.1項目概況：洪崖洞全域旅游智慧服務展示中心制作項目，位于洪崖洞公共道路路旁，裝修設計宗旨為助力重慶旅游的發展，更好的服務游客群體，樹立渝中旅游形象。建成后將為渝中游客提供公共信息展示交流、旅游咨詢、休息以及了解母城文化等服務，是集公益、咨詢、智慧為一體的多功能旅游服務中心。項目最高限價為722182.83元。
2.2比選范圍：包括但不限于室內裝飾（鋼結構主體、墻面裝飾、樓板裝飾、吊頂裝飾、屋頂裝飾、門窗、廣告、形象墻、展示柜等）、電氣（監控、顯示屏、燈具、發光字、配管配線等）等，具體以本項目發出的清單為準。
2.3服務期：約45個日歷日完成，具體實施時間根據比選人工作計劃安排的時間為準。

2.5 質保期：本項目中LED屏質保期至少為1年，其余項目質保期至少為2年。
3．競選人資格及業績要求
本次比選實行資格后審，競選人應滿足下列資格條件：
3.1競選人為獨立法人單位。（提供營業執照復印件并加蓋單位法人章）。
3.2 2021年1月1日至比選截止日止（以合同簽訂時間為準），競選人至少具有1個與本項目類似的業績（提供合同復印件并加蓋單位法人章）。
3.3競選人資產狀況良好，近三年內無重大違法行為，具有履行合同所必需的人員、設備和專業技術能力。（提供承諾函并加蓋單位法人章）
3.4競選人不得存在下列情形之一：
（1）被人民法院在“信用中國”網站列入失信被執行人名單且在被執行期內；
（2）被國家、重慶市（含市或任意區縣）有關行政部門處以暫停投選資格行政處罰，且在處罰期限內。
（提供：上述2項競選人須出具承諾函并加蓋單位法人章，格式自擬。）

3.5本次比選不接受聯合體形式競標。
4．競爭性比選文件的獲取
4.1比選文件發售時間：2024年11月11日- 2024年11月13日(工作時間09：00-12:00,14:00-17:00)
4.2競爭性比選 未領取比選文件的參選人不得參與本項目比選。
5．競選文件的遞交
5.1競選文件遞交截止時間和開標時間： 2024 年11月15日10 時00分（北京時間）。
5.2競選文件遞交的地點為：重慶市江北區五里店五簡路2號重慶咨詢大廈A座，開標當天負一樓大廳電子顯示屏。
5.3逾期送達，或未送達指定地點，或未密封的競選文件，競爭性比選人不予受理。
