The manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder must have a valid GB/T19001 (ISO9001) quality system certificate or API Q1 certificate, which can be verified on the website of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (http:// /).If there is the latest system standard issued by the relevant national departments, the latest system standard shall prevail.A scanned copy of the original shall be provided at the time of bidding (original for future reference).Note: If the quality management system certificate provided by the manufacturer of the goods is issued by a foreign third-party certification body, the website inquiry is not applicable.（2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:1、2014年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人應(yīng)具有1艘DP工程船舶柴油機（或發(fā)動機）的供貨業(yè)績，且該機型具備甲醇Ready的能力，并提供AIP證書（船級社頒發(fā)的甲醇預留的原則性認可證書）。1、From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall have the supply performance of one DP engineering ship diesel engine (or engine), and the model has the capacity of methanol Ready, and provide the AIP certificate (the principle approval certificate of methanol reservation issued by the classification 2、投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件至少包含：1）合同復印件和2）到貨驗收材料。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同首頁、合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、貨物名稱、具備甲醇Ready能力的技術(shù)證明文件、AIP證書（船級社頒發(fā)的甲醇預留的原則性認可證書）及到貨驗收材料（至少包含：買方接收證明或調(diào)試驗收證明或到貨驗收單或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料或“與合同或訂單金額一致的所有增值稅發(fā)票掃描件（如有清單須提供，須體現(xiàn)發(fā)票號；發(fā)票需包含合同號或物資名稱，且與合同或單個訂單一致）?！背l(fā)票外其他的到貨驗收材料至少應(yīng)有合同甲方簽字或蓋章。）2、The bidder shall submit the performance table in the specified format and submit relevant performance certificates.The performance certificate shall at least include: 1) copy of the contract and 2) arrival acceptance materials.The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: the first page of the contract, the time of signing the contract, and the page of signing the contract (domestic trade contracts shall be sealed by both parties.The international trade contract shall be signed or sealed by both parties), the name of the goods, the technical certificate of Methanol Ready capability,AIP certificate (certificate of acceptance in principle of methanol reservation issued by classification society) and arrival acceptance materials (at least including: buyer's acceptance certificate or commissioning acceptance certificate or arrival acceptance sheet or other valid proof materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have arrived for acceptance or "scanned copies of all VAT invoices consistent with the contract or order amount" (if there is a list, it must be provided.The invoice number must be reflected; the invoice must contain the contract number or the name of the item and be consistent with the contract or individual order).Except for the invoice, other arrival acceptance materials shall at least be signed or sealed by Party A.3、若合同為協(xié)議，除提供協(xié)議文本外，還應(yīng)至少提供該協(xié)議對應(yīng)的1個已完成訂單的訂單頁和相應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料，同一個協(xié)議合同下的訂單視為1個業(yè)績。3、If the contract is an agreement, in addition to the text of the agreement, at least one order page of the completed order corresponding to the agreement and the corresponding arrival acceptance materials shall also be provided, and the order under the same agreement contract shall be regarded as one performance.4、如業(yè)績合同買方與投標人及所投產(chǎn)品制造商之間具有關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系（指與投標人及所投產(chǎn)品制造商為同一法人或具有控股關(guān)系），則上述合同業(yè)績不接受。4、If the buyer of the performance contract is related to the bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding product (referring to the same legal person or holding relationship with the bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding product), the above contract performance is not accepted.5、未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。5.
