normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>2)投標人在購買招標文件前須在深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺完成注冊登記并審核通過，投標人要為注冊登記預(yù)留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因，截至招標文件發(fā)售時間尚未完成注冊登記審核，造成無法及時進行標書購買，后果由投標人自行承擔(dān)。
